Strategic planning has been defined as a disciplined effort to produce fundamental decisions and actions that shape and guide what an organisation is, what it does and why it does it. The plan must belong to your organisation and it is important that there is agreement and commitment to the strategic planning effort and the key planning steps.
As consultants we can facilitate the development of your strategic plan or help develop policy based on your plan. There are many different approaches, but in general, we can help you and your team or partners to ask and answer the fundamental questions to the strategic planning process. We have a number of tools at our disposal to aid the key areas of Strategic Analysis, Strategic Issues, Strategies and Tactics, and Decision Thinking.
