Since the Local Government White Paper was published in October 2006, expectations of the third sector have significantly changed.

Strategy & Policy Development
Strategic planning has been defined as a disciplined effort to produce fundamental decisions and actions that shape and guide what an organisation is, what it does and why it does it. The plan must belong to your organisation and it is important that there is agreement and commitment to the strategic planning effort and the key planning steps.
